Terms of Service

“Service” refers to the NovoMCP cloud platform and the NovoWorkbench desktop application, including all tools, APIs, resources, MCP Apps, and enterprise connectors. “User” refers to any individual or entity that accesses the Service. “Organization” refers to the entity under which Users are grouped. “API Key” refers to the authentication credential (prefixed nmcp_). “Credit” is the unit of usage value (1 credit = $1.00 USD). “NovoQuantNexus” refers to the product brand operated by Quant NexusAI Inc.

You must be at least 18 years of age. The Service is currently invite-only. Access is granted at our sole discretion through admin-issued API keys.

Accounts are created by administrators. Your API key is confidential. You are responsible for keeping it secure and for all activity under your key. API keys are shown once at creation and cannot be retrieved afterward. We store only a SHA-256 hash. We reserve the right to revoke any API key at any time.

The Service uses a credit-based pricing model (1 credit = $1.00 USD). Each tool invocation consumes credits based on computational complexity (e.g., molecule profiling: 2 credits, ADMET prediction: 10, structure prediction: 50, searches: 5). Three tiers are available:

• Core — Pay-as-you-go. Purchase credit packs ($20 for 20 credits, $100 for 110 credits, $500 for 600 credits). All 27 AI tools included. Core credits never expire.
• Team ($500/month) — 10,000 credits/month included, $0.10/credit overage. Adds Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Supabase connectors with bidirectional data pipelines. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
• Enterprise (Custom) — Custom credit volumes, SSO/SAML, dedicated account manager, custom deployment options, audit logging with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and SLA guarantees.

A 7-day free trial with 250 credits is available to new users. No credit card is required. Free trial credits expire after 7 days.

You shall not: use the Service to design controlled substances or chemical weapons; circumvent rate limits or access controls; share or resell API keys; reverse-engineer the Service; or use outputs as a substitute for professional medical, regulatory, or legal advice.

FAVES regulatory screening is an informational tool. Users are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable laws.

Our Property. The Service, software, algorithms, pre-computed data, ADMET models, FAVES framework, and documentation are owned by NovoQuantNexus.

Your Data. You retain ownership of molecular structures, queries, or data you submit. Query data is processed in memory and not persistently stored.

Output Data. Results may be used for your research and business purposes. You may not resell raw outputs as a competing product.

You are responsible for authorization to read/write data in your target systems. Credentials are stored in Azure Key Vault. All operations are logged for audit. Pipeline batch sizes limited to 10,000 rows. Data pulled is processed in memory and not persistently stored.

The Service is provided for research and informational purposes only. All outputs are computational estimates and do not constitute professional advice. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of predictions or uninterrupted access.

NovoQuantNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify NovoQuantNexus from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of Terms, suspected abuse, or non-payment. Upon termination, API keys are revoked and access ceases.

We may update these Terms. Material changes communicated via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes resolved in Delaware state or federal courts.
